ForgeNorth Advisory is led by a senior Microsoft 365 and identity engineer with experience leading, designing, and securing production environments across global organizations.
This work has focused on Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, and SharePoint, identifying risk, responding to threats, and improving real-world tenant security posture.
Experience
Experience includes hands-on responsibility for Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments, where security is not theoretical, it’s operational.
This includes investigating suspicious activity, identifying compromised accounts, and addressing common attack paths such as weak MFA coverage, excessive administrative access, and misconfigured policies.
Background also includes hybrid identity, Active Directory, and on-premises systems, providing a practical understanding of how environments evolve and where risk is commonly introduced.
Background
Prior experience includes independent consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering infrastructure and cloud solutions across a range of client environments.
This work provided direct exposure to how organizations actually build and manage their environments, often with inconsistent configurations, legacy dependencies, and limited visibility into risk.
